First, register an account as an EV Owner. Go to the "Find Stations" menu, locate a station on our interactive Leaflet map, select a charger connector type (e.g. CCS2, Type 2), choose an available date and time slot, perform the simulated payment checkout, and you will receive a QR code booking confirmation receipt.
ChargeHub supports CCS2 (DC Fast Charging common for Tesla, Hyundai, Kia, etc.), CHAdeMO (DC Charging common on Nissan Leaf), and Type 2 AC chargers (slower destination charging for overnight or mall visits).
Sign up as a "Station Owner" using the Registration portal. Log in to your Owner Dashboard, navigate to the "Manage Stations" section, and fill out your station's address, coordinates, and details. Once submitted, the Station will be sent to the Admin Review queue. Once an administrator approves it, your station goes live, and you can add charger ports and start accepting bookings.
You can cancel your booking from the "Booking History" page under your EV Owner dashboard. If you cancel prior to the scheduled slot time, you will receive a mock refund, and the slot will immediately open back up for other drivers.
